Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout for your reference.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at eserwoods939174@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at eserwoods939174@gmail.com if you wish to cancel your order. After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
